This is a well-balanced Sicilian Rosso blend wine with deep purple-red color. There is a very pleasant fruity nose with hints of plum, cherry, and chocolate. Full-bodied, it has a supple finish with soft tannins and oak. Rich, new world style, intensifies the more time left open.

Pairs well with Lasagna, pasta, grilled meat, and seasoned cheeses or even on its own.

Serve at 60 °C/ 65 °F

The grapes are left to dry beyond the harvest time on the vines in order to concentrate all the aromas and components in the fruit. Harvest is done manually to select the best healthiest grapes in the vineyards.
