Tasting Notes:
Crisp fragrance with initial citrus notes prevailing on the palate before the aniseed coated apples, lemons, and pear kicks in and transform the wine. Quite a unique Pinot Grigio from Valdadige. Long finish as you would expect from an estate bottled Pinot Grigio.
Gastronomy
The perfect wine to pair with sashimi, salad, white sauce pasta, and white meat.
Other Information
